We may offer a trial subscription or an introductory price for the service. Unless you request cancellation at least 72 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period.
Subscription
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription period (every week, month, 3 months, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the subscription plan you selected at the time of purchase) until the subscription is canceled.

The EasyWeight mobile application, available on both the App Store for iOS users and Google Play for Android users, is designed to provide quick and easy access to our services. The apps are optimized for speed, reliability, and user-friendliness. With a sleek and intuitive interface, users can navigate through various features effortlessly. The applications are regularly updated to include the latest features, security enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring that our users always have the best possible experience. Our mobile apps support push notifications, allowing users to receive real-time updates and alerts directly on their devices, keeping them informed and engaged at all times.
Website Experience
Complementing our mobile apps, our website offers a full-featured experience accessible from any web browser. The website is designed to be responsive, adapting to different screen sizes whether accessed from a desktop, tablet, or smartphone. It serves as a central hub for users who prefer browsing and managing services on a larger screen or who do not have access to our mobile applications.
Price
You can purchase a subscription and/or make a one-time purchase directly on our website (https://quiz.easycalories.ai), where you can view current plan prices. We offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases that provide regular access to content, services, and premium features. At the end of each subscription period, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it.
Please review the pricing information before making your initial payment. Prices may not include any bank charges or taxes applicable in your country.
We reserve the right to change subscription and one-time purchase prices, so we encourage customers to check the prices carefully before completing their purchase.
Payment method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase confirmation. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the submitted payment method.
Taxes
Subscription fees may not include applicable local taxes (such as VAT or sales tax). If applicable, these taxes will be displayed on the payment screen before you complete your payment. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to pay all applicable taxes.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscriptions or reservations with EasyWeight Inc. under the conditions specified in this policy. Cancellations are subject to the terms and timelines outlined below and may vary depending on the type of subscription, reservation, and platform through which the purchase was made.
*Please note: The purchase of the subscription on the Website does not lead to you being able to manage it on the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions and trials purchased on our website.
You hereby acknowledge that initiating a chargeback without first canceling the subscription constitutes a breach of our cancellation policy and does not automatically result in the cancellation of the subscription.
A. Canceling Subscriptions Purchased Through the EasyWeight Website
If you’d like to cancel your subscription, please visit https://web.easycalories.app, utilize the "Manage subscription" button, and follow the instructions provided. Once submitted, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You may also submit a cancellation request by contacting our support team at support@easyweight.dev. We will review your request and provide the necessary instructions to complete the cancellation and avoid future charges.
To ensure cancellation is processed before your next billing cycle, we require that all cancellation requests be submitted at least 72 hours before the renewal date of your subscription.
B. Subscriptions Purchased Through the App Store, Google Play, and Other Platforms
Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app stores, are subject to the cancellation policies of those platforms. EasyWeight Inc. does not have control over these platforms' billing or refund processes. Therefore, the following terms apply:
If you have downloaded any of EasyWeight Inc.'s mobile applications (each, an “App”) through Apple Inc. (“Apple”) App Store, Google LLC's (Google) Play Store, or other similar platforms, or if you are accessing the App on an iOS, Android, or other compatible device, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms specific to those platforms. These Terms are entered solely between you and EasyWeight Inc., not with Apple, Google, or any other third-party platform. Neither Apple, Google, nor any other platform provider is responsible for the EasyWeight Inc. App, service, or content available through the App.
Apple, Google, and other platform providers are not obligated to provide maintenance, support, or updates for the EasyWeight Inc. App or service. If the App fails to meet any applicable warranty standards, you may contact the respective platform provider (e.g., Apple or Google), which may issue a refund of the App purchase price where applicable. To the extent permitted by law, Apple, Google, and similar platform providers have no other warranty obligations regarding EasyWeight Inc. App or services.
Apple, Google, and other platform providers are not liable for any claims or issues arising from your use of the App or services, including:
- Claims of product defects or liability;
- Any failure of the EasyWeight Inc. App or service to comply with applicable legal, safety, or regulatory requirements;
- Consumer protection claims;
- Allegations of intellectual property infringement related to the App or your use of it.
Apple, Google, and other platform providers are not responsible for addressing or resolving disputes or legal claims made by third parties against you regarding your use of the EasyWeight Inc. App or services.
You are required to adhere to any applicable terms and conditions set forth by Apple, Google, or other platform providers when using the EasyWeight Inc. App or services. Apple, Google, and similar platform providers, as well as the affiliates, are considered third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that Apple, Google, and other relevant platform providers have the right to enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.
How to Cancel
App Store (iOS)
